For 28mm wide rim, the varied rim depth option is 45/50mm and 55/60mm .This design is for better aero performance and crosswind stability. It allow the riders to handle the bike better especially in the wind. The rim has a hook bead design and is tubeless compatible. Tubeless tires can make a good performance at lower tire pressure for reduced rolling resistance and contribute to all out speed.
