CARBON RIMS

TRIPS has launched unique wave shape Road Disc series rims. As the name suggests, such carbon road rims are with varying depth.The rim height is slightly up and down like wave on the sea. There are multiple depth options ( 45-50, 55-60mm). For example, measured from spoke hole area, the W60-28 rim is with 60mm depth and in between it drops to 55mm. This mid-depth profiles wave up and down 5mm for better aero performance and crosswind stability. It allow the riders to handle the bike better especially in the wind.

To meet diverse demand of riders, we provides fat bike carbon rims 65/80/100mm width option for 26er fat bikes and 85mm width for 27.5er fat bikes.We also have 80mm width for 24inch snow bikes.
Generally, 65mm width fat bike carbon rims are more suitable for riders who prefer a relatively lighter fatbike carbon wheelset and typically use 3.5’’-4.0’’ fat tires.
85-100mm width carbon fat bike rims are more suitable for riders who prefer to use big fat tires around 4.5-5.0’’ which is heavier but stabler in wet and slippery road condition.

For this 20 inch carbon BMX rims, with an 18.4mm internal width and a depth of 50mm.
Optional in ETRTO: 406mm/451mm.They can be used for BMX bikes as well as folding bikes.
Both models are made from high strength Toray T700 carbon fiber + stable resin system, which is the basis to guarantee strength.
In addition, we optimize the lay-up design, make our BMX carbon rims much thicker than road rims,
to make sure they are strong enough for jumping.
We do strict impact testing for our carbon BMX rims, make sure they are able to tolerate great force coming from jumping and keep riders safe.

265g Super Light 650b Carbon MTB XC/Gravel Rims
The super light 650b carbon rims ,they are targeted towards cross country racers who seek every possible edge on the course.
Our goal was to produce the lightest possible rim without sacrificing performance.
Drawing on our engineers’ years of experience and countless revisions in each step of the manufacturing process, we are able to produce a strong and stiff XC rim while dramatically reducing the weight.
We used a special uni-directional pre-preg with a very low fiber areal weight.To further reduce the weight we used a blend of Toray T700 and T800 specific layups.

-Super light weight only 265g for cross country or gravel bike races.

Carbon mtb rim 27.5er with 34mm internal width is a perfect fit for the new breed of ultra wide 2.4-2.8” tires. You will appreciate the confidence boost with the massive air volume, impressive traction, and bead seat bumps to keep those big tires in order.

Available in two layup styles, the standard layup is suitable for most riders, but if you are over 200 pounds or tend to ride your equipment really hard, consider the EN version.

This carbon mtb rim is the lightest Cross-Country rim we've ever developed. The 29er ultralight MTB rim, we created a race-level ultralight rim for cycle cross riders specially.
Our goal was to produce the lightest possible rim-set without sacrificing performance or reliability.

650B gravel rims was built with one goal in mind: making the best rim possible for long distance gravel racing or riding.
With a massive 24mm inner diameter, the 650b grave rim provides a stable profile for even the widest gravel tires.
Thanks to its mid-depth profile, the 40mm gravel bike rim is deep enough to provide aerodynamic help when riding alone across gravel plains, but not so deep that is hard to control in crosswinds.
-The design reduces aero drag, is more laterally stiff, and has 30% greater impact resistance.
-Wider 30mm outer width, suitable for all sorts of on-road and off-road riding.
-Both hooked and hookless designs are available, allow high and low tire pressure.
